Dear Patients, Friends, and Community –
We are open!
Things will look different in our office, as we follow all pertinent guidelines.
What we will doing:
PPE – We will be wearing masks for everyone’s safety.
Disinfecting – We will continue to disinfect all impacted areas for each patient in both the exam areas and optical.
Wellness Screening – We will be screening both staff and patients for temperature, as well as questions regarding health.
Social Distancing - We will maintain social distancing whenever possible during each patient’s visit. We will ask patients to call to check in from their vehicles and attend their visit alone, if possible. New barriers inside the office will help maintain distance. The waiting room has been altered and will only be used in the rarest of circumstances.
What we ask of you:
Please wear a mask to your appointment.
Text or call to check in as directed by the signs on the door.
If you have someone accompanying you to your exam, we ask that they wait in the car, if feasible.
If you are having any symptoms of illness, please reschedule.
Optical (picking out glasses, adjustments, picking up glasses, etc) is made easier by an appointment to ensure prompt and safe service. Please call or text us at 605-695-1662 to schedule a time.

1) An Optometric Assistant (full-time)
2) An Optician (part-time)
*Perform patient work-ups
*Provide patient education
*Contact lens training
*Perform preliminary and diagnostic testing
*Coordinate patient flow
*Assist customer selecting frames
*Communicate lens options
*Guide customer through insurance and vision plan coverage
*Make frame adjustments and repairs
For BOTH positions, the right person will:
· Possess excellent communication skills
· Appreciate attention to detail
· Exude a positive attitude
· Enjoy a busy, upbeat, team atmosphere
